Crafted Reality Studios is made up of creatives from various fields of entertainment who thrive off delivering experiences that engage and excite people. We love creating products that start conversations and evoke feelings that inspire people to action. We accomplish this through great storytelling, having an eye for detail, and throwing in a sprinkle of technical wizardry. In addition to world class Stereoscopic 3D consulting and directing, we offer custom tailored Virtual Reality Experiences, 3D Virtual Tours, 3D scanning & mapping, and 360 media creation. We also provide film production and a multitude of post-production services, including color, edit, sound, animation, visual effects, and more.
Founder & Head of Studio - Todd Napier
Todd has worked as an artist and supervisor in animation and visual effects on a handful of Hollywood feature films. He has worked with many of the industries leading film studios and visual effects houses including Disney, Marvel, Industrial Light & Magic, Paramount, Warner Brothers, and Sony Imageworks. He has also worked with some of the worlds leading software developers, collaborating to help improve tools used by artists globally. His journey has taken him across the United States and Canada, and has allowed him to collaborate with many talented people along the way.
With over 20 years of experience in film and entertainment, Todd has worked in a variety of post-production roles in cg animation and visual effects. Often in the role of Stereographer or Stereoscopic Supervisor, he specializes in 3D stereoscopic content creation. His curiosity for animation and 3D imagery started in the 80's, and inspired him to start drawing at an early age. With an eye for detail, Todd has continued to pursue his passion for creating extraordinary visuals and continues to gain experience in stereo production and immersive content creation. This in-turn was his segue into Virtual & Augmented Reality beginning in 2015, where he has been developing unique virtual experiences and is interested in forging ahead into real-time virtual production capability.
Writer/Director/Producer - Rich Henrich
An Emmy Award winning & nominated screenwriter and director, Rich is passionate about both business and film. Rich is an entrepreneur, writer, producer, actor, teacher and mentor who began his collegiate studies in Architecture, but graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and Film. As a dot com entrepreneur, Rich developed a niche in youth/college marketing where he worked on several national campaigns including The Blair Witch Project and Happy Texas. Peaking his interest in film even further, Rich found his passion and turned his focus to film production. In 2005 he launched Film4Change, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing story, laughter, and artistic resources together. He has directed and co-directed several film festivals including AMFM Film Festival. Rich has produced films with luminary actors such as Michael Madsen, John Diehl, and Giancarlo Esposito.
Above all, Rich is proud to be a mentor to young filmmakers and has taught courses in film production, screenwriting, and entrepreneurship for such aspiring artists. He has taught screenwriting at Santa Fe University of Art and Design and has been on faculty at Ecosa Institute in Prescott, AZ and Associate Faculty at George Washinton University. When he's not on location or teaching in a classroom, he is often involved in educating young artists through his foundation Film4Change, and working on producing films on social topics.
